Try to avoid forgetting the mouthwash that needs to contain fluoride or chlorhexidine, which would prevent the bacteria from growing.

You should also consume lots of eggs, fruits and dairy products. If your diet doesn`t cover your calcium requirements, the baby will surely consume all the deposits of calcium of your body, damaging your teeth and bones.
You may not feel very comfortable during pregnancy to wait in a row at the doctor`s office for treatments or ultrasounds. Still, there are cases which you cannot postpone them, like the pain of your teeth or gingivitis.
