Aromatherapy & Pregnancy

According to a study performed by scientists from the United States, aromatherapy makes us feel better, but it doesn`t heal us from any illness. Researchers from the Ohio State University chose 2 particularly popular aromas used in aromatherapy – lavender and lemon – and conducted a series of tests to find out more about their efficacy.

Thus, it was found that both these flavors have no effect when it comes to stimulating immunity, controlling pain or wound healing. In some experiments, even distilled water showed more positive effects. – Read similar content!
